Great dryer, love how easy it is to use. Drys all clothes without having to re run the cycle

This is a great, quiet washer & I didn’t want all the other fancy options. It runs & has plenty of options for my use.

Excellent dryer at a very fair price. Our old washer died and we bought a new stackable washer and dryer. This dryer is much better than our old LG one.

So far so extremely good buy. Still getting familiar with dial but the basic set up does a great job. Worth every Penney AND the installation techs were very courteous, efficient and friendly. BB comes through again for us.

I’m 5’2 and had to put half of my body in the washer when I had top loaders. I was hesitant to get front loaders but best choice I ever made. So much more convenient for me and I have more space now in my laundry room. 10/10 recommend.

This dryer is amazing. It is very quiet and dries and half the time of my previous dryer. The lint tray is the easiest one to clean that I’ve ever had. Well designed and a beautiful machine.

The washing machine is simple to use. It washes all clothes with no issues. The machine is very quite when it it working.

Easy to operate and will definitely dry cloth well

I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

I was skeptical of purchasing and electric dryer, as I’ve heard bad reviews on it’s efficiency to completely dry clothing. I do have to say there is a trick to it, do not over load with bulky items, if you do make to use it on time dry , also if you are drying a small load ( 1 item ) use time dry as the sensor will think there is nothing and shut off the dryer. When drying my sheets( duvet) i do have to run a cycle at least twice but that’s the same with gas dryers. But did the most part my regular load all dry well on the normal setting !

We had a previous front loader washer and dryer and this one we feel is so much easier to use. The settings are we feel more customizable, from the soil level, how many rinses and etc. The alert tune at the end can be turned to the standard alert if you do not like the tune. We like it as it goes longer, it’s a fun sound and prompts you to take care of the laundry. As with just the simple alert that can sometimes be not heard right away and or forgotten.
