All the features are nice and got it at a decent price. I picked it up and was easy to install (word from my better half)

Was shaking a bit and I found it was not level after it was installed by Best Buy. I called and got an appointment for a reinstall pretty quickly. Two nice gentleman came out and washer is level now and shacking is reduced. I think it spins so fast it will always shake some. Happy with my purchase and especially with the service. I also got back money from a Black Friday price guarantee.

So far I'm satisfied except for the location of the "power" and "hold to start" buttons. Too easy to bump into or place hand/item near buttons that cause appliance to stop or pause or break cycle.

My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts
