We sometimes used it. This model does not but we haven’t missed it. We had our venting cleaned before the new unit was delivered and have been impressed by the “quickness” of our new dryer. Very please with the purchasing process also.

So far they good and quite. Love the features that weighs your close to see and estimates your washing time. And the dryer will stop ones close are dried even if its set for a longer time period.

Serious design flaws

Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

Saved money over the old option of having to buy an apartment size one-unit washer and dryer. Don’t have to replace the whole unit! Works great also. And, excellent installation by a father/son team. The most difficult part of this purchase was getting someone at Best Buy to take the order ! Which is typical of Best BUY service, you are lucky to find someone to help!
