I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

I had a hard time picking out these items because they were about the only items available in gas but I’m sure glad I picked these for the money these Samsung washer/dryer are by far the the best.

Bought this unit to replace a dryer that died after 8 years. No complaints - does what it's supposed to and does so quietly. I'm a fan of Samsung laundry products.

Looks very similar to the old unit and did fit under the dryer very much like the old unit. Just had a small difference in the dryer offset to the wall. Still no problem accessing the front loading. Glad of this working out. And the unit works well through the initial cycle.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

Good units. Wish there was more talk about how the install would go. I have them assemblers and plugged in but I can’t use the dryer for ventilation reasons. Works great just was t expecting to just be left. But all is good. I was bummed with that, but the units are awesome ! Can’t beat ‘em for the price

I’m not loyal and Samsung I’m a piece of crap but Best Buy the dryer is way too expensive to fit my laundry room so I bought this one. I didn’t even like the color it was white but the customer service Best Buy was great. Not so much credit card service but customer service is great. I got nice wash a dryer and just don’t like it at the dryer since when the clothes are dry and my clothes, come out damp, soaking damp wet so I will give you like one star off of that but other than that, it’s a good dryer you know I got everything on heavy duty and.

This is the best dryer I've owned ,it's got all the bells and whistles my wife wanted .

Definite upgrade from older models but still shares a similar look so it’s not standing out from dryer. It is quite, fast, and has plenty of options.

I had this washer in a previous residence, but sadly had to leave it behind. I was so glad when my current washer stopped working and I had the opportunity to get this one. It does a great job, has intuitive controls on the front with lots of options, and is attractive (and quiet).

Works great. We bought the matching dryer & stacked them. This is our second set of Samsung washers & dryers & we have not been disappointed. The only thing I wish you could do is change the heat setting on the presets but the only way you can change the heat setting is on the timed dry.

Vibrated much more than an electrolux it replaced. Was able to tone it down some with taking time to level it perfectly. still kind of wants to walk at certain speeds of spin. When it winds up and down. Not at an actual speed that it holds at. Also door design is pretty dumb. Drips and couple ounces of water if you open door right after a cycle has ended. Enough to leave a small patch of water. ~5in x 5in. Either wipe it as you open or be lazy like me and open it after the water has dripped internally into the drum. One extra note is that the water actually drops from the detergent area onto the clothes. My electrolux before just filled the drum from the bottom up. Didn't even think of that until I was watching my first cycle this washer.

It was delivered quickly, set up quickly and runs great love all the different settings. Can do a quick wash. Be done in 20 minutes. Perfect for a family of five. All the technology features are cool a little much for a Gen X to deal with.

Best price. Service was strange took a few days to actually get everything set up.

Purchased this Samsung because I had the same brand for approximately 8 years prior to this purchase in 2022. The feel of the door is much lighter(flimsier) but I have not had but one issue with the machine so far. My last machine had to have the electronic brain replaced and I was worried I might have the same issue with this model because it had an issue with resetting itself after I made manual adjustments. After turning on and off I haven't had the same issue. I did buy a warranty though because it just does not seem as stout as my other Samsung. All in all the price was good at the time and Best Buy as a Samsung rep is very accomodating to reach out to correct issues.
