I received an email asking me to make a review of my purchase. However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

This was my second Samsung front load washer and I love them. This one is the newer version of the one I previously had. I love all of the features it has, especially the Vibration Reduction...this thing stays planted. The biggest complaint I have is that the fabric softener load spot tends to stay full of water once the wash cycle is done and you have to pull the tray out to drain the water for the next load. I've gotten used to it and it's become a normal part of my laundry process. It's a great machine for the money and very efficient.

It’s everything you need and something that will last you ages

We decided to just replace the Washer & Dryer together when our Dryer broke down. We bought this one as the partner to the dryer. This machine is amazingly smart and saves pretty well on water. The fact it's front load gives us more space for large blankets and things we couldn't wash easily before without issues. I do also love how we can customize the wash cycle to fit our needs. It's recommended to Calibrate the machine once installed, so that it's accurate. Once calibrated it runs amazingly.

So far so great! Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

good size, fits a good amount of clothing and doesn't leave clothes sopping wet.

I waited a couple months to review to have time to test this dryer. I like how well it dries, excellent size too. My old dryer held about half the amount of clothes this one does, so now I can do a larger wash which cuts down on laundry time. The only negative I have found is I prefer to use the time dry setting. In my old dryer, it remembered the setting and selection choices I used. This dryer I have to turn it to time dry each time, and then change temp to medium (auto selects high), and also turn off the eco dry each time. Wish is remembered like my old one did. So far though that's the only negative. Otherwise very happy.

My clothes always come out dry, lint trap is easy to clean and interface is very easy to use

Finally had to upgrade our 15yr old samsung set after the shocks gave out. As someone who loves tech i had to go with the smart set. The interconnectivity between the washer and dryer works flawlessly. Also like that it tells you when to run the delf clean feature. Hopefully they last as long as the previous set.

This is a great washing machine. We have a septic so we wanted a water friendly unit. This seems to be the perfect match for us. We've had it about 2 years now and we've had no problems. It fits a good amount of stuff in it without it being over filled. There is a buzzer button which I do not use. However, it will let you know when you're items are done.
