Best buy had what we were looking for after visiting Lowe’s Hardware and finding little in stock and nothing we wanted. So far the machine is working the way it should and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer set up. The delivery guys were also good. They were friendly and professional!

When use it, for the dark color clothes , choose 1 level of the heat, ! if you have small load , do the quick wash! I have been using it for more than a year! love my Samsung washer because it doesn’t ruin my clothes , works well with different types of clothes! A loiter but small for comforter and blankets! Should sanitize it every 6 months! it has the ringtone indicating when clothes are done washing! very nice washer

Vibration technology isn’t great but machine is ok

The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

OMG but over I love the W/D and they are working out great ;-)

The clothes are clean after they are washed and spun to decrease the amount of time needed to dry them completely!

It’s hard to rate a NEW appliance, ask me 5 years from now. The lid had a good size dent in it, don’t really know how it got there. I’ll see how it goes. I expect 10 years of reliable service. I only use it 2 times a week.

It is on the budget end of the cost spectrum but don't let that scare you away from this dryer(or washer). It gets used daily and performs well. Why pay twice the price if you don't need too? I would buy it again.

Negative: Has a plastic odor inside. I hoped it would wear off but it’s been almost a month and it still smells badly.
