When I was looking for dryer I was looking for conventional top load because everyone complain about clothes falling to the floor with front load. But it’s a good quality of dryer with a lot of spaces.

The washer has a hose already installed ,so the guys that bring my machine just take less than 15 minutes to installed to attach the water hoses. I’m definitely happy with this investment.

This was the only washer that I could find that had exactly what I was looking for at the time. I didn’t want a Samsung product because in the past the Samsung products I have purchased didn’t last more than a few months without having some kind of a problem. But I have had this washing machine for over a year and it’s still working great. So let hope it stays that way for a few more years

It was actually on sale when I bought it. Only complaint is that it didnt cime with a hose or anything and i had to spend an additionL $60 or so to connect both washer and dryer.

My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts

They made it look simple. He installed it in what seemed like 5 minutes. He cautioned the use of dryer sheets and said not to use them. The dryer works great.

Quieter than our last Samsung front load washer, which lasted about 12 years before it broke down. Only annoying thing is when the tune after the washer completes the cycle...it takes too long to finish the tune. It should be a few beeps & that’s it, not a full on symphony. I bought the washer mainly because I thought it would fit the old pedestal, which it did not. Otherwise, I would have bought a top load washer with a different brand, e.g. Whirlpool. I will maintain this new washer as best as I can, removing excess water from the filter, leaving the lid open & wiping the interior gasket after each load, leaving the detergent holder open also after washing to prevent mildew smell.

Even handles large blankets and loads of towels with ease. My favorite feature is the very large and easy to remove/clean the lint trap!
