Excellent....beautiful washer...the sensors - wow. Great tumble and clean clothes. Great capacity for a large blanket during these winter months. Quiet..and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end of the year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.

I like the look and it washes very well. The problem is that it shakes like mad during the spin cycle. You can hear it from across the house even if we adjust the spin to medium. We had it installed by BestBuy. Over all, it’s a good value if you don’t mind the loud noise during the spin cycle.

Amazing quality and uses less water than my previous machine

Good quality washer. I felt cloths were more clean with this washer however socks continued to get stuck in the door jam. Because of this I returned the item for a top loading samsung washer.

Great washing power. There are so many options, I didn't even know what to do with myself at first. Quieter than expected, has decent capacity, and it looks great in my new laundry room. I finally feel like my home is complete.

Have only used the unit a few times since it was delivered. The unit seems to run and perform as expected. The lint filter seems to be very useful and easy to clean. I have found that after two uses, cleaning the filter is very easy and works well.

Quieter than our previous dryer. Obviously smaller than the 9.5 Cu we had previously but we adjusted to downsizing.

Good solid machine and at a good price and the install team did a great job

When I first tried to buy a dryer, the biggest advantage was that it was very cheap. However, when I received the dryer and installed it, I found out that no parts such as electric cables, plugs, bands, etc. were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying a more expensive hair dryer. In particular, for electricity, I had to ask a technician to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to install it. This was a very inconvenient task that cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.
