So, when I got this brand at BestBuy, at first, I was scared it was going to do the same thing, but it's been amazing, low noise, less vibration, I can load my washer and not be bordered. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought the wash 9/12 and noticed there was a substantial discount if bought both. Upon receipt of said invoice I went to pay the next day and it was gone . I purchased the dryer at a $50 increase and had no idea I had to hunt for extra parts. This was disconcerting because I was told everything was taken care of when I asked about the washing machine. In the meantime the delivery ppl were in such a hurry to leave they left the trash in the middle of the floor and the top of the box hanging in my garage door. Im disabled so I called a neighbor to fix it and my friend put it back on track. After some thought I decided to return it because I wouldn’t be able to get the extra pieces and then I spoke to some angel on customer service line. She made it so I could get everything at once

I hate everything about it- it shuts off before clothes are dry (sometimes it stops even before I walk away) It ties my clothes and sheets in knots! It doesn’t fit in the space BEST BUY assured me it would fit. My outside balcony laundry room now has the door permanently OPEN. Can’t wait for the winds to damage everything- The lint screen is a joke. It’s almost impossible to clean completely and don’t bother using dryer sheets because the instantly adhere to the lint screen. Did I mention the hideous music? The tune plays even if you push the stop cycle or open the dryer door. Annoying! But most of all; the dryer is not worth it. Wish I’d purchased another Maytag. It was perfect for 10* years.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.thanks! love the color. sad you only had the white set in stock we had to buy the dryer to match from home depot. not happy pre black friday they were sold out and advertised like crazy for the upcoming sale. we could not get the promised gift card for buy a set or a 1/2 gift card or discount from the store manager unless we got the white so that was upsetting. love the stainless black anyway! if you get the set/dryer too- only thing wrong is you have to use timed dry because it turns itself off over and over thinking the clothes are dry on every other setting even set to maximum dryness
