Samsung has always been my favorite brand for phones and televisions, and now that we had the opportunity to buy a washer and dryer, I had no doubt they were Samsung. I'm very happy with my purchase. They work great.

We really like how this dryer functions. It dries quite fast and is very easy to use. The only drawback is that the shortest timed dry is 20 minutes. I really wish it could go down to 10 minutes. We really do love the little song it plays at the end of each cycle. Our Samsung washing machine and dishwasher have the same tune.

I love this set! It is user friendly & so quiet! When the washer is done the dryer is done & clothes are dry.

The product is amazing, the support during the pickup day was incredible and up to this moment we haven't had any issues. For sure we will continue shopping on Best buy for sure

Nice quite and simple to use like it should be. No complaints other then I did think it was a smart one the had the Samsung smart home dongles with it to make it smart but it turned out to still be stupid and not be smart lol. But even without it it's a good buy so far.

The former owner of my condo left an almost new white Samsung clothes washer, but a well-worn dryer on its last leg. Thankfully I was to find at Best Buy a matching stackable Samsung dryer that fit the color and set of size of the washer. The team at Best Buy of took care of the purchase, on time delivery, and installation. They answered all of my questions and were delightful to work with. I had a stackable Samsung set of washer and dryer at my prior residence and they were trouble free,

Bought this dryer along with the matching washer. It's easy to operate, large capacity & dries clothes quickly with an auto sensor to turn off if clothes are dry before cycle is over.

Fits right in place, quick dry , soft close lid with enough room to hold and dry my comforters well. Wash room is next to my bedroom and it’s so quiet now I sometimes forget I’m doing laundry.

Great dryer. I bought a second one for the new laundry upstairs. Quiet, cute song at the end of cycle, wrinkle prevention option, and various settings to choose from. It is quiet deep, if you have trouble bending, maybe get a pedestal. My only suggestion would be to add the app functionality to be able to get alerts when cycle is done.

Pleasant surprise was that we could use our 2011 base units because they are the same as these "2019" style bases. Wow, saved us $500 to 600. These are substantially improved over the early Samsung units. We also skipped the steam feature upgraded models...never used it in our previous flagship Samsung's. We chose these after some initial reluctance because our 2011 Samsung's were a little disappointing (mainly parts availability - especially Dryer's main computer board being unavailable in 2021). But, in the end we chose these over Whirlpool., mainly price but also improving Samsung reviews and $. At this early juncture, we are very happy we did.

So far so good. We have been using these daily for 4 weeks now. No complaints. Pros: extra quiet and gets items really dry.
