Look up the model you purchase because this one doesnt come with all the bells and whistles it could have if you simply pick a different model.

Best front load dryer

Can’t go wrong with these! Just make sure you buy the matching protection plan!

Dryer came defective

I could of had a service team come out and look at it, but I opted to get a different dryer completely to avoid any future issues on a brand new dryer after my warranty expires. Use that information for what its worth.

Good dryer for not going too crazy on the price

The only thing I do not like so far is that I have another Samsung washing machine and the doors open on the opposite sides. I wish Samsung made its doors only open one way.

Delivered faulty product. No customer service.

Set it up after delivery person left and noticed a grinding noise coming from the blower fan. Waited two weeks to get the first one and had to wait two more weeks for the second one. This time I thought they should set it up to make sure it worked but the had to charge me an extra $60 for parts I already had, electrical and vent. Geek Squad wouldn’t right off anything $50 delivery fee or extra $ to make sure it worked before leaving us without a dryer for another two weeks.

I paid for installation and after one month it stopped working. I had my prior dryer forca decade with no issues. I have been trying to get it fixed and I keep getting the run around. They shouldn't even fix it, they should be sending me a brand new one. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. I definitely do not recommend it.
