I love my new dryer !! Great customer service and was delivered on time !!!

I love the item in all, great capacity, easy to understand everything

The washer- dryer combo we have now works very well, although (for me!) the touch- screens took some getting used to. The washer has worked well from the beginning, but the dryer had to be replaced-- it would not heat, whatsoever, even though it was straight out of the box! Once I got through to Best Buy's return claims dept., everything went well, from ordering the exchange and getting the dryer swapped out for the well- functioning one we now have. The representatives in the exchanges dept. and the techs who diagnosed the problem and made the exchange were also all very pleasant and helpful. All's well now, after that *very* bumpy start (hence, not the higher rating).

I would never go with another brand. It’s easy to use. You set it and don’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t consume much energy. User friendly and our clothes are never wrinkled. Definitely recommend.

This is my first Samsung appliance, but the dryer works well thus far. The lint vent is a little harder to clean out completely. The design could be better to get all of the debris. Otherwise it's a good dryer and good price compared to other brands.

Perfect. I purchased this as a display or refurbished condition so my expectations were a little low. However Samsung never seems to fail. Works perfectly. I love all of the modern touches, and wifi components that make laundry a little easier.

This is the best dryer I've ever owned. Clothes come out almost wrinkle free. Especially when using the wrinkle setting. Its quiet and dry the clothes fast Comforters come out dry and with some Downy fabric sheets and tide soft and smelling amazing. I ppurchased the pair on black Friday for 120 off each of them. So happy I did.

This a definite upgrade from our old dryer. Quiet dry's in like half the time of old dryer. We are very happy with our purchase !!

This is very similar to the one it is replacing (that lasted about 16+ years) - hope this one has as long a life. Works great and is quiet.

It's fine. It dries clothes. It plays a nice song. Our developed an issue after 3 years and we were informed that, by stacking it, no service technician would work on it without us having to pay for installation. We bought the Best Buy stacking kit, and had the dryer installed by Best Buy, but it is considered "incorrectly installed" so take the "stackable" description with a grain of salt. The dryer is fine, but I do not recommend stacking it.

I love the size of the tub. It makes it easy to put large items like quilts in. It is so quiet. Does a great job washing clothes.

Great dryer. At first i was a lil doubtful cause im used to gas dryers but when put it to the test, it worked just as good if not better than my last one.

Love my new Samsung dryer. My old dryer died on a Saturday, and I was able to have my new dryer delivered two days later! Delivery was great. The delivery people were very competent and nice and friendly as well. They arrived on time and did a great job! My dryer is beautiful and works great. Dries clothes very quickly and the lint filter is very easy to remove and clean. This dryer has everything I need. Couldn't be happier.

i’m 20 and first time buying a dryer; family dryer broke down so we were in need of one and i happened to come across this one. i’ve had it for one month now and i can say it’s been going good and strong, definitely an improvement from the last. it’s also quiet so you don’t hear much at all with this thing going on and that’s with a family of 6. lastly, it’s fair pricing. i got warranty on it and paid for them to install and take the old one out, wasn’t bad at all. Definitely recommend
