Rated this review at 5 stars as I previously put in two negative reviews which were not posted. Reader be aware negative reviews are not posted. Total negative experience from delivery to resolution of damaged dryer delivered to me. I made several attempts to best buy to have this resolved and basically no one has been able to resolve. Calling corporate was a waste of time. Extremely frustrated.
