After purchasing an open box clothes dryer that was defective, we returned it and bought a new dryer. Also from Best Buy. The new dryer is great. The whole Intent was to save a few bucks with the open box dryer but that turned into a nightmare because Best Buy never investigated why the dryer was returned in the first place.

We love our new dryer and can’t wait to purchase the matching washer! The process was super easy. We had absolutely no issues with everything!

My biggest concern with this dryer was that we have a German Shedder (pun intended). Her fur gets all over our clothes, blanket, towels, etc. It doesn't do the greatest job at removing all the hair but I would say does enough to satisfy me. It dries really fast and I'd never had to run a cycle 2x. It is really easy to use and I would recommend.

I got this to be stacked with the matching washer. It has a tendancy to ball up sheets and blankets as they dry which never happened with my other Samsung dryer. As a result they take forever to dry. For everything else it works great. In the stacked setup it is difficult for me at 5'2" to see and reach the controls with the angle it is at.

Dryer is pretty good and has many settings which make it quick to choose from. The dryer did give out though in less than a year. Good thing it was still under warranty. Customer was fast in getting someone out to repair it.

Got open box but only working on time dry other option not working

The dryer I bought at Best Buy Is working very well. I had a connection issue and I thought the dryer was not good but in reality, my breaker was switched off. The best buy agents came to my house. They switched the breaker on and the dryer power came on and was functional. I thank the best customer service agents.

So far pleased with this item, great buy at a great price! Best buy had what we were looking for after visiting Lowe’s Hardware and finding little in stock and nothing we wanted. Have always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy, have always had what I was looking for.

Easy to use. Has as many options as I need. Clothes come out looking good.

Simple to use and has a physical knob for selection. It is very quiet and has a large capacity. It does a great job of drying.

Bought this unit to replace a dryer that died after 8 years. No complaints - does what it's supposed to and does so quietly. I'm a fan of Samsung laundry products.
