New dryer is great very quiet and lots of different settings. Clothing dries quickly. Has a long time it plays when done so looming for the setting to change that but otherwise we are very happy with it.

Chose this dryer instead of the same one of my matching set and I am so glad I did! When my washer goes up, I will get the matching one.

I am very satisfied with the quality. I just wish it had an app and WiFi connectivity

Works great! Have not had any trouble over the past month. Note: Bulky loads like comforters have needed to be dried separately from sheets or cycled twice.

We recently had an LG steam washer and dryer that took forever to do our laundry and when we switched over to the Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry & Washer, the time that our laundry was done was so short that my husband and I were amazed. With the option of wrinkle free, Our clothes after being dried had so much less wrinkle, it cuts time to iron things. I’m overall satisfied with the purchase.

When I first tried to buy a dryer, the biggest advantage was that it was very cheap. However, when I received the dryer and installed it, I found out that no parts such as electric cables, plugs, bands, etc. were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying a more expensive hair dryer. In particular, for electricity, I had to ask a technician to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to install it. This was a very inconvenient task that cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.

I got the washer and dryer set with the stackable hardware. I bought the hardware from Best Buy so it came with free assembly. The guys were in and out in about an hour. Quiet and get my clothes clean!
