Love the fact that this unit senses the dryness of clothes so it does not run longer than necessary. It's also a nice feature that it has an interior light.

We have multiple technicians come to fix it and they couldn't (we had 4) -- they even misled us about the issue. We submitted requests for a refund from Samsung and even it have documented from Samsung that they created a ticket for recommendation of refund and they still won't give us a refund. I highly recommend choosing a brand that cares about Samsung -- it's obvious Samsung doesn't.
