    We will see in the next three years if Samsung will disappoint or not I hope this dryer will last like my LG for 12 years Best buy should not force a ventilation duck for 27 dollars and power cable for 27 dollars while have them bought for 19 dollars and best buy refuses to give the free installation if I do not buy these accessories from them. Best buy is a good company and should not act gready Best buy will not match price many seller options

    Replaced by corporate due to the first dryer went out in 5 days. The corporate rep was very nice and made sure everything was corrected and replaced. The guys that delivered the dryer was very friendly and made sure everything was good before leaving.
