Loved it during that 1 year honeymoon phase for a Samsung appliance. A month or two later it randomly wouldn't turn on and just shut down mid dry cycle when I was trying to dry my clothes. Due to the machine having only a 1 year warranty, I had to bring an appliance person to check on it. They said the motherboard was shot and I needed a replacement. The repair with replacement of the motherboard cost was quoted nearly half of what I paid for this dryer. Kind of ridiculous that this machine is not on the 2 year extended warranty like some of the other Samsung appliances. This type of stuff makes me wish I had went with a different brand instead that is more reliable.

Which means you need to reverse the doors if your home is not set up for this. My husband tried to reverse the door and all the screws were stripped.
