This dryer is the best dryer I have ever purchased.

This was the first Samsung dryer I've purchased. I was not familiar with the Sensor Dry feature on it. If you are not familiar either this feature does not totally dry your clothing...it's still slightly moist to the touch and you can not turn off the feature unless you use Timed Dry. This is the main reason I give only 4 stars. Other wise it is a nicely set up dryer and very efficient.

I purchased this Samsung dryer and while it dries good and could be a five star product I have to give a 1 star rating. As everyone knows with all the restrictions due to Covid-19 buying products has changed. We ordered this from Best Buy online and had it delivered to our home. When it was hooked up and turned on it made a loud knocking sound. I found a bracket that has a small plastic wheel that the belt ride on to spin the dryer drum. I had to bend that bracket towards the front of the dryer to stop the knocking noise. The second issue was when I registered the dryer with Samsung for the warranty Samsung has denied the warranty registration. Samsung is saying I have to have a letter head receipt with an itemized break down the companies name on their store number and or store number. Well the Best Buy receipt is itemized but it does not have Best Buy in a letter head format on it nor does it show a store number or phone number. So Samsung says sorry no warranty for you. Due to this poor policy by Samsung who sells many products through Best Buy we will never again buy a Samsung product. So buyer beware, Samsung looks for any way to deny your registration warranty coverage.

Great price and the options fit our need. Definitely recommended.
