Great washer. Very quiet. Best Buy delivered and installation is the best way to go, just buy the hose and it's free. My laundry is upstairs, so it was a no brainer to have them install it. Definitely a great choice for the quick wash and quiet operation.

For the price it does the job. Fits perfectly in 2 bedroom apartment.

The first unit I purchased back in 2023 began having computer issues within 6 months (drum sensor fault with no heat) - I was finally quoted a repair cost nearly in line with the dryer, so I purchased this one to replace it in April 2025. 4 months to the day, the drum made a noize and stopped after loading a medium size load. No error codes, but no heat and no drum rotation. Samsung referred me to the only repair center in Eastern Massachusetts that they partner with, and my date was pushed out on the morning of the appointment. When I looked up the center, they had two years of terrible reviews due to no-shows. I contacted them, was hung up on, called back, and was rudely told to "take it or leave it" with the new appointment - 10 days out. I cancelled and contacted Samsung, who told me they had no other options for repair. I'm in-warranty and looking at paying for a service repair - never again, Samsung.

It is efficient and does dry faster than what I expected, I am thinking to bu washer for the same .

The dryer is beautiful, nice, but the brand new dryer I received didn’t heat, it was stuck in cooling mode, after researching this is a common problem with Samsung dryers. But, someone came and looked at it, and they are replacing it with the same model but a new dryer today. So, hopefully there is nothing wrong with this one. As far as returning and exchanging my item they gave me no problem at all, surprisingly since I’ve had the dryer for 18 days now. I just moved in my home so I didn’t know it was damaged until I moved in a few days ago and used the dryer for the first time.

My prior unit was from Whirlpool that's bearly 2 years old but takes 4-5 cycles with 70 minutes in each cycle to dry a medium-size load. This one can dry a full load in one cycle, very nice, and also have many options to customize your cycles.

This is an awesome appliance. So glad I bought this item.

I bought this dryer to replace a 19 year old dryer. The installation was on time and seamless. The delivery man could not have been nicer. It works great. The features are nicer than my other dryer.

Worst experience ever with Best Buy’s appliance installation and service. After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.
