Great electric dryer. No issues after a year plus. Its quiet and drying fast

Good quality for now. The only "concern" is that after finishing the lawndry you have to listen to the music up to 30 seconds, LOL.

It is very nice dryer. It has 10 different controls and what we like is most is that you can air dry and sanitize your clothes. We are satisfied with this dryer.

Our best buy agent got us a dryer that matched our washer, this one has all the amenities of our old dryer and a bit more. Thank you best buy.

I received my dryer today 12/08/2021. The delivery man did not know that we were expecting a dryer to be delivered. He tried to bring us a refrigerator. After the dryer was installed by the delivery man, i decided to take a look. All of the stuckers and manuals were on the dryer. I checked the filter and noticed a piece was scratched. I thought that this is something that happens if the dryer is used. Clearly it wasn't right? We paid a lot of money for a BRAND NEW Dryer right? Wrong! I did one load of laundry with this dryer. When I took my clothes out and began folding them, i quickly noticed that they were COVERED in what could only be white pubic hair! I looked inside my dryer in every crack and crevice and that is when i saw it. Thousands of these hairs both white and black tucked behind the felt inside the dryer! I do not have anyone in my home that has white pubic hair or is even old enough to have white pubic hair. My children are very little and i am in my 20's. I am absolutely disgisted. My clothes were covered in these hairs. It looked like someone climbed in this dryer to shave their area. I am calling best buy tomorrow. Im so upset. I paid top dollar for this machine and they bring me one that was clearly used and was not even cleaned prior.

Love my new dryer, my only complaint is with the sensor dry technology. Some of my smaller loads of clothes, a few times already, have come out not dry enough.

Matches our washer- works great! Plays a fun song when clothes are done. Doesn’t have irritating- smart tech! Works as it should. Clothes feel and smell great!

Put wet clothes in, and they came out dry! Amazing. No complaints, aside from how unnecessarily long the jingle plays when the clothes are done. Great value.

i am very satisfied with these machines. no issues with any components and I appreciate the filter being made accessible.

We have stacked it on washer and using for over a month now, so far doing good. After we bought, within a week price for this and washer had dropped further by $30 each so just missed better deal.
