It’s also kinda hard to open the lint trap, which is annoying. I also would have liked to be able to control more within each setting, in stead of everything being so fixed.

Tried to use it same day and found out the heat isn’t working. Called Best Buy and they can’t come out to check it until 1/10/25. This is TRASH!

Very bad delivery service

The delivery crew scratched up both the washer and dryer pretty badly, which was frustrating to see on brand new appliances. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to hook up the dryer, and the washer installation was done so poorly that it started leaking because they didn’t tighten the connections properly. I expected a smooth, professional experience, but this was the opposite. Now, I’m stuck dealing with damage and leaks that could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to do it right. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

Washer and dryer purchase

The washer tends to leak water when the door is open. The inside of the door does not fully dry off when done washing. When you open the door to get stuff out it drips a little bit of water. Kinda annoying to have to dry off the inside of the door everytime you finish washing.

Do they had to switch out the dryer for another brand new one snd gave to wait 10 more days till it can be delivered and installed! Unacceptable
