The automatic drying cycle doesn't dry everything even after setting drying time to maximum (1 hour). I am disappointed with the setting controls too; too complicated. I miss my 15-year-old Whirlpool Duet dryer.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great dryer that has amazing power it does take some time to finish a load but it gets the job done and most people who have a washer/dryer are not in a rush to wash/dry their cloth unless if you have a lot of kids and have to get them done quick try looking for a dryer that gets the job done quicker. If you can wait for about an hour than it’s a great purchase. I really like how it has a light inside it built in when you open to check how dry your load is.

I have read the manual front to back a few times and tried every suggestion that I have found but it just doesn't get the job done. The heat doesn't come on and each load has to go thru multiple 1 hour cycles and never dries. damp is as good as it gets. No doubt I am going to have to call for service on a brand new machine. As a full time employee and mother I don't have time to sit at home and wait for a repairman or go to the laundromat. My previous 10 year old dryer worked much better.

Personally, I only use the "delicate" mode because I like the settings. Low heat and sensored for an adjustable dryness setting. -Nice theme tone upon completion -The lint catcher is a basket, so when you transfer the lint from the basket to the trash, it leaves no dust around. -You can stack this with the matching washer, or not.

I also bought the samsung refrigerator dishwasher stove and microwave all came in ding and dented. Samsung has not done a very good job.

To get the best results when you're doing laundry, you must consider the weight of each load you're washing. Small, heavy items can overload your washing machine and dryer just as much as large, lightweight items. Overloading your washing machine or dryer can reduce the cleaning performance and cause other issues with your appliances.
