Sensor drying saves time and money. Easy to use. Light is a nice feature.

We have had this dryer for a month now. Dryer is quiet and dries our clothes much faster than the 16 year old machine we had. We noticed much less lint generated by this dryer compared to older machine. Had bought the Samsung wash machine that matches this dryer two years ago. Excellent workmanship and design.

We replaced our 15 year old dryer with this Samsung model. Very impressed with this dryer as the total drying time is significantly shorter than our older dryer. The size of the dryer is great for family of four and can easily fit a king size comforter. Highly recommend.

So far so good, this product was a cyber Monday deal. Great sale, the price was not only available at Best Buy; but also as Lowe's and Home Depot. Best was the only store that still had the dryer in-stock. I ended up purchasing an open box dryer, delivery was going to take too long (being the Holiday season). We bought the extended warranty and picked up the dryer ourselves. After unloading the dryer we found that the door was loose, simple fix...right. Tried to tighten the door up, but the screws would never tighten. Called Best Buy, spoke with the Geek Squad. GS stated that we had 2 options: they could send us new screws; or they could send us a new dryer (in the box). We went with the send us new screws option, they did. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem, we called the store back from which we purchased the dyer and I was on hold for 2 hours (no one picked up my call, the automated voice said 2 callers were ahead of me). Then I called another local store, the representative picked up on the 1st ring! He said the issue can be resolved, but I would have to call back to the store I purchased the dryer from. He gave me an extension to speak with someone so I would not be on hold like before. When I called the South Point location back, a representative answered and stated that the manager was out to lunch. He took my information and we hung up the phone. The manager did call back in an hour and ordered me a NEW dryer and set up delivery. Thank you!

We've owned this dryer and its matching washer for about a month. So far, they've functioned well. The dryer is on top of the washer, which makes the controls hard to reach, even for someone nearly 6 feet tall. Too bad that panel can't be lowered, a feature I gather LG used to have on one of its dryers. Operation is quiet, the lint filter is easy to remove and clean. Dries clothing quickly.
