Love it! Easy to operate and not too noisy for laundry room in lower level. Looks nice too. Wish the depth wasn’t so large. Much bigger than my previous set. That’s why they encouraged us to measure our area.

The dryer I purchased is good excellent in fact but the service I received from the people who sent it to my house was awful they were rude they did not connect the electrical wires correctly and it seems as if they were only worried about getting off work they definitely need to be retrained

I love the dryer and would have given it 5☆ but it seems to be a little noisy when in use i live in an upstairs apartment and woulda liked it to be a little less noisy. But for the price its a great dryer and it works really really really good and fast drying

This dryer is fantastic. I would buy it again any day. My clothes come out dry and wrinkle free. I have had it now for about 3 weeks. From delicates to bedding everything works. Heat settings are perfect for the type of load. Drys fast and has a lot of air flow. Very good machine.

Plenty of room to dry almost anything our home can throw at it. No damp clothes after drying. Low noise. Like the washer wish the WIFI connection worked to be notified when done so you do not have to check constantly.

I have had an issue of diguring out the setting that allows me to dry one large item like a bed pillow. The dryer tends to think the item is still dry and shuts off minutes after the start. Thank goodnes it comes with a variable timed dry option. Large and very large loads dry with no problem on the auto settings that sense dryness.

We are extremely happy with are Samsung products. They work well and are easy to operate. Delivery and installation were a breeze. Got a nice upgrade on the stands when older model wasn’t available. Great job Best Buy.

This dryer takes some time to get used to due to the settings for what someone is drying. But overall this is a good dryer. Only downside is the music played at the end of the cycle but very good overall.

I had Samsung Washer and had to match the dryer with that. This is a good deal from Best Buy during thanks giving. Free installation and quick delivery was very satisfied for my wife. However we have to pay for even the power cable is little bit surprising.

after months of research online and in stores to find the best product for my family needs we choose this item. it has exceeded our expectations and is perfect for our family of 6. very please and would highly recommend this product from best buy.

I haven't had these too long, but everything seems to be working just fine. The options are fairly simple and using them is pretty straight forward. They clean and dry well and I have no problems with them as of yet.

Recently purchased this dryer with the matching washer. Does an excellent job every time and we hardly need to use the full dryer settings besides quick dry because the clothes come out of the washer very dry compared to older models. We got this model on sale and it is a great value.

I moved to an apartment complex and after thinking a little bit, it was more sense to buy than rent a washer/dryer set. This Samsung works perfect, there a little to almost no noise, even on the spin cycle! We got a great deal with BestBuy and delivery/installation was free...

Easy to use and love the different cycles. There's one for everything or a time dry for anything else. Purchased during 4th of July sale for a great price. Delivery time was quick, got it in 3 days.

Only had it for about two weeks, but it works great and is quiet. Even bulky items don't shake the machine. The only thing I dislike, is the musical tones when it powers on/off and completes a cycle. I prefer the old school loud buzzer sound.

Good dryer for everything. the tune at the end is very pleasent. sometimes the clothes are not dry or when I put them bake in for longer it goes off right away because it thinks its dry. its an easy fix though by just adding them to timed dry. I would recommend this to everyone. great price for a great dryer

Nice washer dry set. Quiet doesn’t rattle around like others we have had. Seems to dry clothes in first run. Heavy blankets and towel have to get a second turn but no big deal. Over all great set.

I bought the dryer 2 months ago. It has been working well. The most surprising thing to me is how quiet it is. I can barely hear anything when the laundry closet door is closed. Also, the drying doesn't make much wrinkle, which I like a lot!

As usual the price was great. Samsung is such a great product it practically sells itself. I’ve always found the salesmen at BestBuy to be very knowledgeable of the products they sell.

This dryer amazes me & my wife every time we use it xD The cycle is pretty short, the clothes are barely warm, and yet the entire (big) load, is completely dry.. Same with bed sheets, which are famous for (neverrr) getting dry!
