Samsung has really stepped up their game and made shopping for and owning a dryer cool. Beyond the practicality of it, the dryer is very easy to use on many different types of loads.

We purchased the washer that matches this dryer a year or so ago and have had no problems. I had wanted the matching dryer, so we finally got it. We've had it now for a few months, and have no problems. I love it!

Extremely quiet, relatively easy to master the control panel. Clothes come out of dryer very soft and fluffy. Free delivery and setup. Technicians very helpful. All of the appliances were priced below any competitors in town.

I had been looking for a washer and dryer for quite some time. I eventually narrowed my search to Samsung and LG brands and then settled on Samsung. So far this dryer (paired with a Samsung washer) does it's job and for the price I couldn't be happier.

Love this dryer. Dries fast, and works very very well. I've had another brand in front load dryers and I always had to run the cycles twice. This dryer usually doesn't take the entire recommend drying time. The clothes dry slit faster.

Still learning how to use all the options on this dryer but so far it has been great. Had to buy a little step stool in order to read the options since I have it stacked over the matching front loader washing machine.

I recieved one that was dead on arrival. Best buy told me to contact the manufacturer. After a lot of hassle and persistence they made it right with me. Now I have a working product and I really like it.

This dryer works well. Dries things good and quick. It is a more simple dryer then some of the digital ones without lots of extras but for me it was all I needed really and the price was good for the options it has.

I bought this dryer so i can have a matching pair. I’ve only had a month but we love it. We have a family of five so we wash and dry often. My electric bill has also decreased.

Our 15 year old dryer was loosing its drying capability, so I went to the Best Buy website to search for dryers. Fortunately, the Black Friday sale was still on, and we were able to purchase this one on sale, with free financing - important with just a month until Christmas and lots of shopping to do. It operates simply: push the on button, turn the dial to select cycle, and start. It works perfectly. We don't want all the fancy bells and whistles (Really? A wi-fi dryer? No, thank you), just a reputable, reliable appliance at a good price point. We got it and are very pleased. And as we used it, we found a Consumer Reports analysis that rated it very highly. Double bonus!

This is my first purchase of a front loading washer and dryer. This is a good dryer, works really great and it's even more of a plus that it's a Samsung product. Their products are the best.

I like the machine, it works pretty good, drys cloths as expected. Haven't come across anything which would not help me to recommend this to others

The delivery personnel were professional. I love this dryer. I love the sound notifying when your clothes are dry. I also love the dry sensor for when your clothes aren't dry yet and it starts over again.

It's a really great dryer. and was a great price. It matches our washer and looks very clean. I like the light inside as you can turn it on while it's going. I'm sure it will last a long time and am very happy with it

I'm very happy with this dryer. Have had other brands is the past. Well worth the increased price so far. I also have their fridge. Samsung has definitely upped their game for their appliances.

This is an excellent dryer, super quiet, the only time that it makes any noise is when something metallic or hard plastic is in the drum but that's on all dryers Over all very happy with my puschase

This dryer is larger than I initially thought. The door is also easy to switch the way it opens. The annoying part is the lint catcher as it is not necessarily easy to open.
