My husband and I brought both the washer and dryer and it works great! We have them both for over a year and I love how every time it finishes it plays a song. Definitely recommend this product!!

a huge dryer everything fits in. no more going to the laundromat to wash and dry comforters or sleeping bags.. the sensor works great and the clothes come out soft and wrinkle free.

I have owned this dryer for 3 years and yesterday it started making a thump noise. We figured that it was just the belt but when we opened the top there was a crack in the drum. I googled samsung dryer cracked drum and realized that this is a common problem with samsung dryers. I was told when I called samsung that they have no record of this being a reported problem. With the amount of complaints I saw online with pics that look just like mine I don't believe that. I'm really disappointed that samsung would ignore something that is obviously a defect. Won't buy samsung dryer again.

I had some trouble with a faulty dryer with the first one that was delivered, but I'm sure that possibility exists for any model. The dryer works great and is very quiet. The smart dry function is awesome.

This is the first time I've owned a Samsung dryer and I'm glad I bought it!!... The dry and moisture sensors really make this dryer a complete and useful appliance!! I really like it!!!

This dryer is fantastic. it has multiple cycles and gets the job done right. This is a newer unit that our old washer, but we may want to upgrade our washer after using this dryer. great product!

We bought the set (washer and dryer) and also the stacking kit, we are very pleased with the product, so modern and quiet, the electricity bill is pretty much the same. Great product and brand!

Bought to replace my old dryer that broke, found it at a great price, shipping took 5 days to deliver but they installed it and runs great love the cool features it has, deferentially would buy the washer.

This dryer is quiet during operation and plays a little tune when it's finished. It has plenty of options to customize what's drying. Overall, it works very well for the lower price range that it's in.

The dryer dries well and fast. It dried a large load of towels without any problem. It also dried a whole queen bedroom set quickly as well.

We love how easy it is to use and set up the time to dry our clothes. If it is use as instructed you will never have a problem with it.

Old dryer took 70 mins a cycle. Old bear started going, had to run loads twice. Grabbed this new samsung on a sale and its perfect. 40 mins a load. Monster capacity. Completely satisfied.

Purchased a Samsung Dryer that was one of the ones rated as a Best Buy from consumer reports. Have only used it a few time and it seems to be doing the job. A lot more bells and whistles that the previous 20 year old dryer we had. It is a little lower than we would like, that along with its deepness makes us have to bend on our knees to reach in the back. We could have ordered the dryer stand but for the price of over $200 we just didn't think it was worth that kind of money. It does a good job a keeping clothes wrinkle free though. Still learning how to use it but as of now we can't hear any bell or buzz when it has completed the drying cycle. It appears to just continue to tumble off and on in the wrinkle free cycle until we stop it.

I love the dryer and it works great but I don’t like that the dryer keeps going after it’s done. You have to actually go turn it off for it to stop.

This is the second front load washer we have purchased and the overall comparison from this and a the LG. Samsung has excelled in all aspects of performance

Love this dryer. It drys super fast and seems to sense how large or small the load is. Makes a super cute sound when complete unlike my old dryer that was super annoying!!

This dryer is larger capacity, very quiet, dials in front, with all the options I’d ever need. Easy to clean lint filter and tall leveling legs are other bonuses.

Although I purchased the dryer on 6/21/2020, it was not delovered until 8/4/2020. I have only been using it dor a month and since I live alone. I do not do a lot of laundry. So far the dryer has been wonderful. It drys nicely. I am enjoying the wrinkle release feature and find the location of the lint filter to be very convenient. The delivery and installation was great. Installers did a grat job and provided me with instructions on use. I hope the dryer continues to give such great service in the future

I've bought this set of washer and dryer for some investment properties numerous times. It's one of the best priced and solid front loading machines out there.
