This is a great dryer! It works quickly and doesn't over dry and shrink clothes like my prior dryer did. I would highly recommend!

Drys very fast in 20 or 30 minutes without hurting your clothes. Let you know when is done and I like that when you open it, it lights itself, so you can see all your clothes inside.

The dryer works very well. I was presently surprised by the courlesy, care and efficiency of of the delivery and installation service.

We've had this dryer roughly a month and I can't say anything negative. Seems to be working great, hope we have it as long as our old one

The large capacity is great. The lint screen is also well designed. Display and controls are clear and easy. I would give it five stars, but it's a dryer.

Bought this unit 2 1/2 years ago at Bestbuy when we purchased our new home (and the matching washer). We was about 3 loads a week - which I think is actually minimal for a family of 3. The heating element went out (the bracket with ceramic pegs that holds the heating element cracked, warped and caused the element to come free, it touched the metal housing and blue the thermo fuse). The replacement parts were $24, but it took about 4 hours to fix. You need to be fairly handy to do it. Long story short, if you want a dryer that lasts the 10-15 years expected, this isn't the unit for you.

Have had this dryer for a couple weeks. We have a stacked washer and dryer in a laundry closet. The controls for the dryer are up high so we have added a stool to our laundry, no big deal. The dryer has a good tumbling action and dries clothing and towels in pretty short amount of time. Installation was done by Geek Squad who were experience at adding all the parts needed to stack the units. So far no problems. We are happy with the Samsung washer and dryer units and Geek Squads expert installation.

we got the combo washer/dryer as ours were on their way out. Easy settings and works like a charm. would highly recommend.

Last Samsung dryer died one month after the 5 yr. warranty was up. Replaced it with a Samsung because we were told it would fit the base we already had. When the new dryer arrived, it did NOT fit the base so we had to go back to buy another base for close to $300.00 and wait another week to put the utility room back together. Had we been given correct information, we would NOT have purchased another Samsung dryer. Neither my husband nor I can hear this dryer's buzzer, so if you want to catch clothes so they don't wrinkle, you can't go any further than the next room, or you will need to re-wash the load to get the wrinkles out , even when set on wrinkle prevent. You also need to press ON then dial in your setting, then START and when you press pause to grab clothing out to hang up a few pieces at a time, releasing the pause doesn't always mean it will keep tumbling. Many times you have to start all over by pushing ON, dialing in the setting, then pushing START to get the clothes tumbling. The 5 yr. old Samsung was more user friendly and the buzzer had level options which could be easily heard, but of course was discontinued so consequently the new dryer doesn't match the 5 yr. old washer.

I was looking for a big dryer to I could wash my blankets and this one fit the bill. I love it!!

Purchased this product to go with our new washer. Older dryer did not have enough capacity. So far dry perfectly without over drying
