While I had issues with the washer, the dryer was perfect from the start. Clothes dry much faster than my old dryer and it is very quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the "music" played on and on and on when it's finished. It's a little over kill. But at least I can turn it off. Wish you could change the tune or something. Kinda annoying. I do love the way it dries though.

But these do dry faster than the older dryers my mom once had so I had to get me another one. Overall I am very pleased with it. I did not purchase the most expensive, I just purchased the least expensive dryer and I am very happy with it.
