One negative, same as for the matching washer: The door hinge is plastic and looks as though it could break off easily. Other than that it works great.

Amazing how much better a job this dryer does than the old one. Takes much less time to get clothes dry where with the old one the clothes would still be damp at end of cycle. Getting it on sale was a bonus.

Got it on a sale, really happy!

The "Normal Dry" setting however keeps our clothes slightly too damp to put away immediately. Haven't gotten our first energy bill yet, so not sure how this affecting us on that front yet. At the end of each cycle, it sings a little song. A bit disconcerting at first, but a real joy once you get used to it.

One thing this item has but does not need is the anti wrinkle feature that spins the unit until you take out the clothes. If you leave the house the unit will spin all day. But there is a option that lets you turn that off, so no worries.

It was a match to our washer we purchased 6 months ago. We love the set. convenient how the doors open opposite of each other. Many settings. My clothes are getting dried in about 20-30 min. And full load of towels in 35-40
