I do feel the normal option should be able to run on low. It only allows you to choose med or high. Stackable model so dials are a little high for average height. Had to take a pic and get familiar with them first.

My only concern, is the washer seems like it retains condensation inside. Also, with the stacking, it is REALLY tough to read the options, or use some of the buttons because of how high it is. And I am 6'1!!! My wife is 5'4 and can't even reach it.
