The combo washer dryer look great works even better

Great dryer ! Don't forget to purchase a power cord. It doesn't come with one. I repeat.... it doesn't come with a power cord..... no joke..... Like Spike Lee said when they tried to throw him out...."they never told me"

The dryer matches my Samsung Washer, I've only had it since 1/11/2020 it works great. Very pleased with it. I really like how much the Lint Filter catches so much of the lint and dog fur that is still on the clothes even after they are washed.

Easy to use. Great product especially for the price

The dryer worked for 2 days then stopped drying. Would not get hot and heat sensor was bad. Best Buy was great. Within the 15 days of installation, and provided a brand new unit and all is working well. Has all of the options we need and happy with purchase.

the Samsung dryer doesn't wrinkle clothes. Also, i like how it has different functions of drying for different clothes including beddings.

I would give this dryer a 5 star however the dryer sensor in the dryer is sensitive to dryer sheets. The dryer sheet puts a film over the sensor making it unable to determine whether the clothes are actually dry or not. I just stopped using them and the dryer has been fine ever since.

Good solid mid level machine at a base level price.

Our dryer broke down and was recently at Best Buy and seen there was a sale for appliances. Went back and was going to buy a different one. After talking with the gentleman there, he showed me a few other ones and ended up buying this one. I am very pleased and love the features it has to offer.

This is a wonderful product and meets or exceeds all my requirements. So much so i own 2 of these units. i recently needed a new dryer in my second home and like this unit so much i search one out again and was lucky enough to find one. i now own a gas and electric version and like them both.

It's a good dryer. I'm not much of a drying person. I like to air dry my clothes as well as my baby's clothes. My husband is the only one that gets a good use out of it. The only thing I don't like is that all the cycles are a little confusing. Sometimes I don't know which one to pick. It doesn't have just a regular cycle.

The SAMSUNG W/D set was recommended to me by my friend/co-worker and I also read several online reviews providing excellent reviews for the quality of the SAMSUNG W/D's in general. I am very happy with the overall quality and price. Additionally, I purchased the Best Buy Protection Plan.

I have had my Samsung dryer just 2 months. So far, it seems to run well and has the features/options that suit my lifestyle. I find the digital controls easy to work. I have not had any problems yet so, I can't write about service. The delivery and hook up team from Best Buy was the BEST!

After doing a lot of competition between brands and prices,by far our chose was the best one.i like how quick it drys towels and jeans. The service I received was excellent in the store and when the product was delivered.i was disappointed in the time frame it took to get them delivered.

Has many settings for how you want your clothes dried (quick dry, high heat, etc). It’s not the fanciest, but it gets the job done and I’ve never had to start it again because the clothes were still wet. Dries completely through the first time.

The dryer works great and has many cycles. The only draw back is that I stack my units and the controls are at the top. Because of this I have to use a stepping stool to see the top of the dial setting. I am 5'3" tall.

The delivery guys were very good, 5star. I have a 10% discount for my Birthday but I ordered the dryer on line because of the Corona virus. Can that 10% discount be applied to the price or a gift card?. Please respond. Thanks

Bought this dryer to replace our 8 year old Samsung front loader. Previous dryer broke many times, so this time went with the lower end model in hopes it holds up better.(just missing the steam feature which we never used anyway.) So far has been amazing.
