This dryer is awesome! Has wrinkle prevent protection where it continues to tumble the load if you don't get to it in time. Not continuously but every few minutes to keep clothes from wrinkling. It dries faster than the washer can wash the clothes. Big plus! I love that it sings to me when its done!

Works as expected, Samsung products are very intuitive. The Best Buy team was great with support and instructions for use and very honest about the sense-dry feature which sometimes isn't the best for large items.

We love this Samsung Dryer, after looking at many dryers and brands we continued on with Samsung since we are a Samsung Family and we couldn't have chosen better. Love how it has a bright light with the option to turn back on while pulling clothes out.

Bought the dryer with the washer. Both have been fantastic. It plays a light tune when the clothes are dry, would be nice to have song options. Love the easy to use dryer vent filter. I feel like none of the lint is going in the venting tube.

Phenomenal. Literally perfect. This dryer has not disappointed me once, and I use it at least 5 times a week! Plus, it has the option to play a cute musical tune to signal drying is finished! So fun.

Dryer was an open box purchase. When installing the techs found that the original feet were not with unit. They had sent feet for stacking. The tech was able to install and unit works well. Like all the different cycles available

This dryer works well. However, I have to increase time to get my towels nice and hot. It is a little noisy but can't hear it when we close the door to the laundry room. The sound notification for a completed load is a little annoying but you can change the length of the chimer.

Nice dryer, easy to use, no problems and looks nice

This dryer was a great purchase; it dries clothes efficiently and leaves them feeling super soft. This is my first step up from just a basic washer and dryer, so I love all of the setting options, depending on what items you're drying.

Very poor installation job by 3rd party contractor! Was in big rush did not even level the dryer and lost levelling legs making it Vibrate and noisy. Contractor didn't care to show us operation or install the dryer properly.

Purchased this for my son and he has loved it. I have had my samsung front loader for almost 10 years now and it works amazing. Only had to have one service call just recently and it was a quick inexpensive fix.

I am quite pleased with my new Samsung washer and dryer. Best Buy was very accommodating in the purchase and delivery. I couldn't ask for better service. I just wish that appliances this day and time lasted longer than then years.

Dryer was reasonably priced. Has both sensor dry and manual setting options. Sensor is very reliable. Clothes are always dry when signal sounds after using the sensor dry setting. Also has a "My Cycle" button, which allows you to program and save your own cycle setting.

It doesn't dry as well as my old Samsung but they did improve on the lint filter. It's now more of a basket as apposed to a flat screen. Gets condensation on the door glass for about the first 15 min of the cycle then it goes away. We r a small family and it suites our needs but a large family not.

Seems to be very efficient as most of the cycles are less than an hour and everything has always been dry when its done. Has a wide variety of settings for anything you would want to use a dry for.

Got it on sale for 2nd one because the 1st one worn out the drum sealer due to heavy use and the cost to fix almost as much as new one so I decided to paid for new one just $500 with delivery.

2 issues, dryer keeps running past the cycle so if I set it to delicates even when dry and only 3 to 6 small light garments keeps rerunning the cycle all night while I try to sleep. Doesn’t do on timed drying but at 62 never had a dryer I couldn’t use on delicate cycle for my tennis or yoga clothes without running all night Second issue is my hands cannot open the dryer vent. I am 62 but don’t have a problem opening anything else. Never had a dryer vent so difficult to pry open. Sometimes I can open it but not the time I cannot. It is poorly designed and after one month I will be lucky if it doesn’t break by end of year

Large enough for most households. Relatively quiet and efficient. Lint collector is well designed. One drawback is the sounds are a bit loud and "sing-songy", but these can be shut off. Got a good deal on this and its paired front loader washer, so no complaints

We matched the washer with this Samsung dryer. It was a great choice. It matches the washer in capability and function, which is excellent! We opted for the pedestals. Although the pedestals were quite expensive, we feel that it was a wise choice.
