The installation and removal of my old dryer was super fast! The dryer is incredible. I love the wrinkle free feature where it finishes drying, but keeps spinning until you come and open the door.

As I found on a sign, "I do all my ironing in the dryer"! and this dryer definitely serves that purpose. Clothes dry fast and come out cool and virtually wrinkle-free, ready to hang up or wear.

Love this dryer. My only complaint is it's a tad too tall if you use it as a stackable. I'm 5'7" and can barely see the buttons.

We recently bought this dryer to upgrade from older Kenmore units and have been very happy so far. Drying times are faster than expected and the front-load setup is way better than the older top-load (for us, at least).

This was probably the best washer and dryer for the price. The only downfall is that they don't come pre stacked and it's hard to reach the dryer settings when operating it. I'm 5'11 and it's difficult to read. But by far the best washer and dryer for the price

Had the item in special and I was glad I made the decision of purchasing this item. It does its job to perfection and love the touch screen buttons that I can easily control. I recommend this item to anyone who needs a simple and great item.

love it. it's huge. runs quiet. auto sensing dry. and it has that tumbling feature where it runs for a few revolutions after the load is done. so the cloths don't wrinkle. nice!

From day one it hasn’t worked, there is no heat. It turns on and runs cold air, but no heat. I called Samsung and they sent out a 3rd party repair person who said it was the motor, but since he didn’t have a motor we rescheduled for a week later. He came back, replaced the motor, still didn’t work, he said it was now the computer, which of course he didn’t have, so we rescheduled for the next week. Received a call the night before his 3 visit saying the part still wasn’t in, so it was rescheduled again for 2 days later. Received another call the day of that visit saying the tech had called in sick and they would need to reschedule. At that point I called Best Buy to exchange the product for a brand new one, they complied and the delivery was scheduled. However, I never received a confirmation call the night before delivery, so I called Best Buy to confirm. They confirmed they had all the notes for the exchange, and the delivery, but their order numbers didn’t match, so nothing was officially scheduled, and therefore I was not getting a delivery that day. I now have a new delivery day scheduled for tomorrow 1-9-15. I have had a “Brand New” broken dryer for a month now. I understand there are lemons, but all of the customer service issues between Samsung, the 3rd party repair company, and Best Buy is unacceptable. Easily the worst overall customer service experience of my life.

Love my washer and dryer more than I expected and the technician were awesome very courteous professional and helpful he cared and checked on me to see if things were ok couldn’t asked for s better service

2020.... amiright!? My dryer went out in July and this one was the new model to replace my old one that we had bought used. That one was manufactured in 2010. We love Samsung!

Well, I’m not unhappy with my purchase, though they seem a bit louder than my last pair. What I was not thrilled about was having to pick them out online, as the store was shut down due to covid. I don’t think I got exactly what I had wanted, the washer seems smaller than my last, though it says it’s same size. Having just moved to a new home, in a small town, I felt forced to pick something I didn’t really want. They delivered (charged me extra for that) and wouldn’t set them up for me, I had to install them myself. So while the product is suitable, the experience left a little to be desired overall

Dryer seems to work well. The only complaint that I have is that you almost have to buy the riser for it as you really have to bend down to get the clothes out.

I like the dryer, except I can't open the lint catcher. I have to have my husband or my sons open it. They tell me how to open it , but no matter what I do, I can't. My fingers or hands just aren't strong enough or something to open it.

I thought my old dryer worked well, but had just gotten a little noisy. Now that I have this new Samsung, I see how truly dreadful my old set was. I love the wrinkle free feature that continues to fluff the clothes until you can get to them.

If you are going to stack the washer and dryer it is important to purchase the stacking kit up front. My salesperson told me that I didn't need a stacking kit. Later I found out that I DID need it and it was much more difficult to add it at a later date without a second person to help.

The dryer is a very nice piece of equipment with many extra bells and whistles. There are various pre-programmed drying schemes and options to alter them if need be. It also has audio alarms to let you know when finished.

I really like my new washer. It has all the features that I need, including heavy duty, and quick wash. I also love the extra rinse and the extra spin cycles. I even like the song at the end of the cycle!

This was the second dryer I purchased this week. The first was defective and the store it was purchased from was useless. The dryer was delivered on time and works perfectly. Just the right mix of bells and whistles.

This was my boyfriend and I's first purchase and we live in apartment. I would reccomebd them for a large laundry room only, but a great purchase. Extensive features and great sound alert when finished with the load.

I didn’t know that it came with a drum light which was super cool and the buttons that are on it are touch sensitive so you don’t have to actually press any physical buttons except for the power and start button
