Works great and generally love the unit. Appears well built and has had no problem. Would have gave it a 5 but it did not come with all the screws for the door hardware when the installers put it in. Had to go buy my own screws.

I purchase it with washer machine. the reason it can not get 5 start due to bad design of the door open direction. My dryer located at left of washer machine. both of them opened in different direction. then it's hard to put clothes from my washer.

The installation of the washing machine was superb and the installer gave great recommendations on how to care for it. I love all the new features where I can set the time. The filter for the dryer is easy to use

After renting a washer and dryer from my townhouse complex, I decided to purchase a set of my own. I'm a "wash as needed gal, so I don't have any harrowing tales of why this set is so great, it just is.

I purchased the washer and dryer together. The pair does a great job. I would recommend purchasing the drawer that goes underneath. It puts both units at a height that makes them easy to load and unload.

I really like the features on my new Samsung clothes dryer. Especially being able to have a choice of automatic and manual settings. Dries in less time too.

Great product, as a suggestion Samsung could place something hard on top of the dryer so you can use it as a place for stuff; good for crowded laundry rooms.

Functionally a great dryer - quiet and dries quickly and completely. Only issue is that the control panel is at an angle, and difficult to read when stacked if you're less than 6 feet tall

Love this dryer! So many options and it “fluffs” your clothes after the cycle is finished until you open the dryer, so your clothes don’t get wrinkled.

I love the dryer, it's efficient and gets my clothes and bedding dry, it took my 7 yr old to figure out the lint trap, I didn't realize it opened haha. I've had the washer dryer set a month now and I love them both

Wish the door opened downward. Miss being able to lay folded clothes on door. Didn't think about it when purchasing... Works well though. Lint filter hard to open, still figuring the easiest way...

I purchased this along with the washer as a stackable unit. The dryer is on top. It is impossible to see the control knobs without standing on a stool. But it does work, so that is a good thing.

Great dryer. I have a family of girls and there is a ton of laundry and this dryer is the bomb! it handles larger loads with ease and no wrinkles!

Dryer is more than expected, and also bigger than expected. Did not realize how big the appliance is, so it took up a lot of my laundry room. But I have no other negatives, all is good, does what it's supposed to do...dry my clothes:)

We already had Samsung Dryer, so picking this up was a no brainer. We love all Samsung Product. So far working great, and I love the sensors and the spot that traps all lints. Highly recommended.

We subscribe to ConsumerReports online and based our buying decision on their rating for this dryer. It was rated excellent by CR and we agree. Comparable dryers cost upwards of one thousand dollars.

Everything works wonderful! I'm extremly happy with my set! The only thing I'd change would be is to put a cover over the buttons as it's very easy to lean up against and turn off or switch settings accidently.

This was a loaner as the Maytag dryer they delivered did not work. Next time I will get this dryer as it functions better than all other I had.

Works great, wish it was wine red to match the washing machine. Replaces an old GE. It stacks well on top of the Samsung washer. No complaints.

We replaced a piece of S#@ whirlpool. Would not dry. Multiple service calls. Only one setting would even dry. Had issues with venting. Love this dryer. Woks as expected. Easy to operate
