I had a similar model that lasted about 6 years. This one seems to dry much faster. I only have had it for a about a month so cannot tell how long it will last. So far so good.

Great washer so far! Cleans well. Best Buy Dropped the price for pre-black Friday sales and Best Buy price matched, which is awesome.

Having preset temperatures is fine but I should be able to adjust them to my individual load. This machine does not allow this.

Finally a dryer that dries the complete load. Great lint trap. I know that sounds silly but my older dryers left lent get pass and had to clean vent a lot.

got a great deal on an open box samsung dryer. has a few blemishes but works perfectly. great drying options easy to program. easy on the electric bill

I’ve purchased this twice (sold the first before a cross country move) and would do it again! Clean clothes, cheerful alert, nice set.

Like the different settings and sensors on the dryer. If load too big, it will automatic adjust to make sure clothes get dried.

Sometimes you have to run the dryer again because parts of a load don't get dry. Must use high heat almost for all loads. It is quiet, and very big.

Does a great job at getting your clothes dry. I like the variety of settings this dryer has.

Love my washer and dryer! The song it sings is a little annoying, but the internet says I can turn it off :)

I’ve had this unit a little over 3 months and it has been amazing purchase. No issues thus far and praying non to come.

This washing machine is excellent, it is not noisy and it leaves clothes quite clean in general, you can not ask for more.

This is a super great machine, but I have to return it cause it requires 30amp which all the outlet in my house cant support that. So sad but it was good for just $500 a samsung dryer!

This washer was just the right size to fit in a dedicated space to replace a worn out stackable machine. No problems installing or using it since I purchased it!

This is a great dryer. It has a setting to just warm your clothes up. I haven't noticed any shrinking and I get toasty pants in morning for work.

Dryer works great if you turn off the sensor dry feature. Once I figured that out I loved it
