In just over one year of purchase the dryer has needed repairs twice. The first time was under warranty, thankfully, but this most recent time is going to cost me around $300...just shy of the original cost of the unit. The matching washer has worked great, no complaints, but this dryer is a total piece of junk!

Both times Best Buy made a deiivery the facia that had the dryer controls on was not connected properly to the rest of the dryer and could not be corrected. I am not sure if it because of the dryer or the people who put it togther. We were concened thaqt the conrols wouldbe damaged overtime and thus breaking the dryer.

In order to get it repaired it cost over 300.00 but we did not know that until the Samsung repairman came out. We are avid Best Buy customers but wil never ever buy any Samsung product again. Their customer serviceis overseas and terrible. Dont buy dont buy dont buy!!!!!
