We bought the matching washer about a year ago and loved it, so of course when our dryer died we went and bought this dryer and we LOVE it too. It senses moisture, so if you have it on the right setting it will cut off when the clothes are dry! There is a light in the drum and it's big so you can fit a little extra in it!

Worked good at first. After only 15 months ( of course out of warranty) the dryer started making a horrific squealing noise. Calling a repair guy tomorrow. Disappointed to be having problems after such short use. Also, bought the matching washer which started leaking during every cycle after only 11 months. Next time will go back to a different brand.

Best dryer I have ever owned, has been solid for a family of 6 and endless drying cycles and still going strong. I would highly recommend this dryer.

It work quite well and is a nice white and gets my clothes dry!

This dryer is awesome - our old dryer wouldn't dry our clothes anymore hence the purchase of this dryer. It literally dries every load in one load (with the exception of a queen sized down comforter which took a few times). I love it, it works fast and easy to use. Plus I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is complete.

I love a bargain and I found this at the best buy outlet store... I wanted something new touch screen and durable. I can honestly say it dries my clothes in the 20 min time frame. it took a while to figure out the sensor features but I'm ok now

So far so good on this dryer. We got an open box with a dent on the side but it did not impact the way this dryer works. It has plenty of options and has a very musical complete sound. I always buy the protection program, I so should you.

Now don't get me wrong; I've never owned a Speed Queen, but when we asked the repair technician during his second visit to our home to work on a grinding noise this Samsung was emitting what model he would've gone with, he responded with a resounding "Speed Queen." Apart from these two service calls made within the first 8 months of ownership, another minor issue lies with the lint trap. Its plastic "hinge" is beginning to crack from the repeated opening and closing. All that said, I'm seriously considering purchasing the extended warranty that Samsung sent in the mail. Just a courtesy they offer to customers who've had 2 service calls within the first 8 months, I guess.

This is a great dryer, it is customizable so I can dry everything only once as long as I have the settings set properly. I got this for a great price and I am extremely happy with it.

Love the new dryer. We had a much older dryer when we got married and it was time for an upgrade. The workers at the store were very helpful helping us purchase exactly what we needed!

Easy to use. Works well. Only bad thing is it does not have a steam function but I knew that going in. Probably would spend the extra money to get the steam if I had to do it again.

I just received this dryer along with my Samsung washer. It dries well and doesn't seem to harm or fray any of my clothes. It's pretty quiet and works well.

Had LG stacked for years. Moved. Went with the Samsung this time. Do not stack them. Because the control panels are tilted, once you stack them, you can't see the controls on the dryer. The dryer tends roll things like sheets or quilts into tight little balls that are still damp in the middle. The LG never did that.

We have been very happy with our new dryer (the washer too). The dryer works great, can't think of anything negative to say about it.

Bought this dryer in 2020. Has worked decent. Just went to dry clothes and it made a few loud thuds and now it turns on but nothing moves. It's just out of warranty so, ya know, of course it has to break. Hubby is down there now trying to play fix it. Hopefully he can. Overall its an ok dryer. In the few years we've had it, tech had to come out twice. It wasn't drying. I dont recall what needed fixed. We got the matching washer as well and we got one more year of warranty left on it so wish us luck ha. We thought this brand would do us good but we're not to impressed.

It just stopped working after 5 years Same thing with my previous one

This purchase was very good for the money I have always like Samsung at it's best I would definitely recommend this for anyone.
