Great washer at a very reasonable price. It washes and cleans very well. It is also very quiet and well balanced so it doesn't dance around or make any noise like some we have had in the past. It is also very easy to use!

Works Great has all the options you need for different washs for whatever you need to wash and does a fantastic job at it very happy with great replacement over the LG that I had to replace drain pump every year because it was always breaking ....

Just upgraded from an old washer and dryer my bought off a guy from Craigslist for $150. So my standards could be affected by that but this washer and dryer are a dream compared to those! Working perfectly so far.

Love the dryer , works well and easy to learn all functions . Only problem is the interior light is kind of wonky , only seems to work when it wants too , I suspect it’s the door switch but it doesn’t really bother me . Oh and it’s quite too !

The dryer is nice it has several settings and it has a sensor to turn off when it’s dry. The only thing I notice is sometimes it seems like it does not dry all the way with the big fluffy towels. The sensor will turn off to early. Other than that it seems great. I have only had it for about 2 weeks

I love this washer. It is fast and so efficient. My other Samsung washer was not as nearly as good as this.

Absolutely love this machine. Easy to use with lots of features for everyday use. It senses how big the load is so it saves water for smaller loads. I can was delicate items and heavy bedding.

I like the Samsung name. The dryer is good but it doesnt seem to dry as quickly as my former dryer. I like the size of the drum. The lint catcher is awkward and hard to open. Dryer plays a cute little tune at the end of the cycle.

Samsung - 4.5 cu. ft. 5-Cycle Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ - White works well for a family of four. it has an annoying chime that i haven't learned to turn off. This machine replaced previous Samsung front loader and can see minor tweaks that has improved with cycles.

This washer is so quiet and efficient. I was hesitant to get a front load washer again as the older models tended to shake the whole house. This one hardly vibrates at all even on a high speed spin cycle! Additionally, laundry is done faster and comes out cleaner.

Fantastic dryer! Still playing with the settings but its quiet and efficient. No more damp clothes!

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

My brother has one and had it for a several years.. So when our 1yr old Whirlpool from Menards died and SquareTurd (squaretrade) tried to fix it 5 times, i was done.. Way Done!!This Samsung gets clothes clean....

Seems to be a good product. Doesn't seem to get as hot as our old LG did but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

The washer was great for almost the 1st year that we had it. About a few weeks ago while the laundry was spinning, it sounded as if the washer was going to take off on a runway. I called BB asap; they told me to contact Samsung since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called; everything has been approved for a replacement on July 24, 2023. I was supposed to hear back from BB by July 31, 2023. Well, I still have no washer and I still have not heard from BB on my replacement.

Have had for two years still works very good have had no problems would buy again
