5 Star Samsung Dryer

We had to test which temperature dried our clothes to our satisfaction not the sensor. Settings are uncomplicated. Designed very well and would recommend this Samsung dryer.

It is so quiet compared to my old one and washes clothes much better. Having a smaller house I love how quiet it operates! I just hope it continues to perform well for years

Stackable Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - White: Great dryer so far, dries clothes as it should. I like that it has a permanent press cycle so you can do that cycle, remove clothes promptly and no need to iron clothes.

My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts

I had a connection issue and I thought the dryer was not good but in reality, my breaker was switched off. The best buy agents came to my house. They switched the breaker on and the dryer power came on and was functional. I thank the best customer service agents.

So far, very easy to use and I appreciate not having to bend since it's on a pedestal. It's wash cycle is quiet. I was surprised at the specific guidelines for which HE detergent to use. I had been using HE detergent with baking soda and the guidelines say not to use this type of detergent.

My sister had a brand new Samsung washer I really liked so I walked into my local Best Buy and bought a Samsung front load washer. It was quickly delivered and installed and has been busy washing clothes since then!

Vibration technology isn’t great but machine is ok

The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

I love the steam clean settings. They tackle all pet odors and the clothes come out smelling so clean. I love the look of the appliances and they are much more quiet than my last washer/dryer set.
