Took some getting used to but have come to love this machine. Even the musical tones are looked forward to now. Don’t forget to run your maintenance cycle after the first 20 hours!

Great Washer and Dryer and even better Installers.

The washer is very quiet, uses the right amount of water and easy to work. The installer Steven and Steven did a great job and went above and beyond and even put them on rollers for me.

However, geek squard never came to relocate it to proper location. So i returned open box one and got new one instead. This one is so quiet and doesn't vibrate much as my old one.

There are plenty of options and very large capacity. The only complaint, to date, is the dryer doesn't seem to dry the clothes as well or as quickly as our previous Samsung dryer. I would estimate it takes between 20-25% longer to dry the same amount it would have previously.

Appears to be more efficient than previous. The lint screen is bigger to reduce clean out frequency, but still do it every use. (Brought an older model due to lower cost and delivery time.)
