I always wanted this brand and style. When my old outdated dryer went partially out I immediately searched online at Best Buy and added it to my cart. I’m so happy and pleased for delivery service availability in my area. The workers arrived within window time and installed it. Thank you Best Buy for having my item in stock in store and always being there for my family.

The size is perfect, both externally and in terms of washing capacity. I love the cycles, and the color is fantastic. The only downside is that a lot of water tends to accumulate in the detergent compartment.

We bought it to replace a 14 year old Maytag whose door had corroded off- we thought since it was so old it was better to replace than waste money fixing it. Horrible mistake! This machine smells awful, we leave the door open, we leave the soap try open and it still smells. It started a few weeks after we got it and I tried to return it but it was not in the return window. I can’t figure out why it smells because in 14 years with the same level of care our Maytag never smelled so bad. I will likely sell it on marketplace at a discount and buy Maytag machines.

I do recommend also getting the pedestal for convenience. I do leave the door open after washing so that the tub doesnt gets mold. I have a dedicated laundry room so its not an issue for me.
