!!very beautiful and powerful, and easy to install

I love not having to bend all the way over to get clothes out if the dryer. I also like the fact that I don't have to stick my head in it to reach the clothes. I like that the vent is right inside and not on top. I like the way it looks over all. We have it on a pedestal, that helps a lot with the height adjustment.

Washer needs small loads only or the door locks and continues to add water and spins for the entire day. You quite literally need to manually drain the water from the bottom for the door to reopen. As for the dryer… it pull more amps than it states, overheats and trips the breaker every time you start the dryer. Both an electrician and Samsung did not know how to fix it. It’s a new home and 2023 new washer and dryer. Never buying again.

This washing machine is great at washing clothes. I like to use steam choice to get my clothes extra clean. The app helps me know when my clothes are finished washing and which part of the wash cycle is being used. Many different settings for different clothes.

This is amazing product even though it's stackable I haven't once set up in my launcher room side-by-side it's very level that temperature settings are great it gives me the opportunity to wash my clothes and come out with great colors very very pleased with this problem

We needed an emergency washer because our last one suddenly died on us. Since we’ve got this one it’s been working perfectly! Love that I can connect to it with my phone as well!

I’m loving my new dryer & the music when completed. Didn’t know I had to purchase stackable equipment until delivery day. Had to reschedule for two additional weeks for delivery. Now it sits nicely on top of my washer.

Machines are looking elite but a little bit noisy. Smart options are very handy showing like remaining time or preparing program for your clothings and on the washing machine you can even start it from the app.

We bought the "not perfect" floor model and we LOVE it. Its been the best combo we've had. It works perfect. Every time. The trap is easy to clean and we haven't had any issues with wet clothes.

This is by far the best washer ever. Because it is a front load it allowed me to put a countertop above it for folding close. Quite, fast and full of features.

Dryer time is great. I do wish the inside light was a bit brighter. The dryer lint basket is a bit difficult to open, I can see it breaking in the future just because of the function of the basket . Look at the lint basket, try the one on the floor to see if it is something that you can open. It is difficult for me. I am happy with the purchase. It sings when it is done.

Love the new up grade. This is a great addition to our new house.

Nice washer, but vibrates quite a lot during fast spin cycles. Gets clothes very clean. Do need to wipe dry after wash. Shakes during spin cycle.

If it is not a samsung product don’t purchase. Every appliance i purchase is a samsung and from best buy and i have never had any regret. You can’t go wrong

I love my new washer! I’m replacing a 13 yr old Samsung with this new updated one. Operates are just about the same but nicer and it works much better than the old one!!
