Only had it a year and have had service techs out 5 times and I didn't submit a service request each time it was needed. I don't know if it is just this particular machine or not but mine keeps getting stuck on rinse/spin cycle at least 50% of the time. I have to manually start the spin only cycle about an hour after I shut the machine office to get my clothes wrung out enough to dry. A total nightmare.

If I am washing a lot of sweatpants, I just run it for another 20 minutes to make sure everything dries all the way through.

However, it is on top of the washer and is a bit high to reach the buttons, something you should consider. I am 5'3 and it is difficult to reach the higher buttons on this machine.
