    I am very happy with this product. Our washer broke and I decided to purchase a new one instead of repairing the old.     I've had the washer for a little over a month. So far, everything is working fine and it is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that my previous Samsung washer had a feature that allowed you to save a set of settings as "my wash" and be able to set those at the touch of a single button. This washer does not have that, so when I use normal and want to turn the water temperature down I have to adjust the water temperature every time.
