Good dryer, used to have an LG. This one in my opinion has a faster dry time. But could also be because it’s new, time will tell.

Worst experience ever with Best Buy’s appliance installation and service. After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.

I love this front load washer and dryer. Very solid and well made. Energy saving and cleans very well.

Cleans well definitely has more water than the LG at my parents home. However compared to the older Samsung drive from 2008 this is is definitely louder

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer. They are so nice. They have numerous features and settings. You can even delay up to 24 hours if desired. It also cleans itself! Highly recommend!

Love my new dryer, my only complaint is with the sensor dry technology. Some of my smaller loads of clothes, a few times already, have come out not dry enough.

Best dryer I have ever used. It makes laundry an easy job. Almost all our clothes come out without wrinkles and the towels are so fluffy. It's simply the best.

I received my dryer today 12/08/2021. The delivery man did not know that we were expecting a dryer to be delivered. He tried to bring us a refrigerator. After the dryer was installed by the delivery man, i decided to take a look. All of the stuckers and manuals were on the dryer. I checked the filter and noticed a piece was scratched. I thought that this is something that happens if the dryer is used. Clearly it wasn't right? We paid a lot of money for a BRAND NEW Dryer right? Wrong! I did one load of laundry with this dryer. When I took my clothes out and began folding them, i quickly noticed that they were COVERED in what could only be white pubic hair! I looked inside my dryer in every crack and crevice and that is when i saw it. Thousands of these hairs both white and black tucked behind the felt inside the dryer! I do not have anyone in my home that has white pubic hair or is even old enough to have white pubic hair. My children are very little and i am in my 20's. I am absolutely disgisted. My clothes were covered in these hairs. It looked like someone climbed in this dryer to shave their area. I am calling best buy tomorrow. Im so upset. I paid top dollar for this machine and they bring me one that was clearly used and was not even cleaned prior.
