Terrible Machine and NO Service

We have had it for 2 months and it stopped drying. I spent 1/2 hour with online support where they told me that I have to have a designated circuit breaker for only the dryer. IT currently is shared with the Washing Machine. They will not service my machine until I do that. I never had a problem with any other brand dryer in that location.

I had it on my old dryer and it was a required feature when we were looking for a new one. It is the only setting I’ve used on this machine so far.
