So far, so good. I love the short wash cycle. All cycles are working well so far, without all the big bells and whistles. It was a good buy!

Washer broke within 3 months. Had to call Samsung because BB extended warranty was not yet in effect. Service came within in a few days but was unable to repair. The recommended replacing the unit. We said ok. So we have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no washer. The Rep told me this morning that the time frame was 21 business days! Why did they not tell me that before? One rep 2 weeks ago called me every day for 4 days to only tell me it was approved and would take 7 business days. That time went and I called again. No trucking company was assigned (should have been 2 weeks ago) so the lady on Tuesday assigned one. This morning I called and was told no unit was available from that company and another would be chosen. What a JOKE Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung again! This has been a nightmare. I'll go back to ABT who has superb service. Absolute Horrible service here, would not recommend to my enemies.

I love this washer. It get my clothes sparkling clean and with less detergent than mu other washer.

I was able to pickup the washer a day earlier than expected which was great. Also, BestBuy had the best deal on the Black Stainless Steel. Love it!

This Dryer works great. I do actually like the song that it plays to let me know that it is done. I can hear it even if I'm on a different floor.

Y’all, if you really want to have buyers remorse, get this washer and the matching dryer. These two lasted approximately 2 years before requiring a repair on a mechanical component that was more than the original cost. Dryer motor went out, it took 3 weeks for Samsung to send repair team. Washer drum and housing went out, it has now been six weeks and despite numerous calls and reassurance from Samsung, the third scheduled service visit has been cancelled. Customer service is a nightmare to get through and if you have to make multiple calls, you have to relive every one of them with the current rep. All calls are routed through call centers and the reps only know the script that is in front of them. It does no good to email Samsung because the only response you get is an acknowledgment that they received your email. 10 out of 10, recommend any other brand than Samsung. (PS also got the crappiest fridge from them that makes about 8 ice cubes a day)
