Very quiet and cleans clothes very well!!! This is the second set of Samsung front loaders I have had. My first set last me over ten years and through multiple moves!

Great washer for the $ I paid. Got the pair that included the dryer as well. Does the job and gets the clothing clean.

I purchased this washer in Feb 2024 and the pump stopped working in Oct 2025. I had to get it replaced but the pump was on factory backorder for an undetermined amount of time. I had to buy a new washer instead, I had to buy the same brand since it was stackable and the only samsung would fit with the dryer.

Good product. Recommend purchasing it to anyone...

Purchased this dryer and had it delivered and installed 12/19/24. Tried to use it same day and found out the heat isn’t working. Called Best Buy and they can’t come out to check it until 1/10/25. This is TRASH!

Cool down feature is awesome, limits wrinkles. Buy one

Washer has multiple functions to choose. It cleans well and seems to be efficient with water. One issue was the door swings from right to left (same as the matching dryer) which wasn't ideal. Tried calling best buy to find a solution but they were not helpful.

I previously wrote a review about this appliance. We are now 6 weeks out from the day this dryer's motor caught on fire. After four visits to our house for "inspections," Samsung finally confirmed what was obvious from the first inspection -- the motor was defective and caused a fire. Now, we are awaiting repair. At the last visit about two weeks ago, we were told the parts to repair would be received in five days. No calls/no word after a week and a half, so we called to follow up. Supposedly the part hasn't been received (never mind the original repairman had the parts and they wouldn't let him replace the motor). So again, we are back to waiting. Six weeks without a dryer and no definite repair date in sight. AGAIN -- cannot recommend more strongly that you DO NOT buy a Samsung dryer. It caught on fire 8 months after purchase and the company hasn't repaired or replaced it as required by their warranty after 6 weeks.

So far our new dryer is working just fine. I would like it to open on the other side, but I'm learning to live with it.

It works good, has different settings for the types of laundry, the only issue i have with it, is when you are using the matching dryer with the Samsung stacker kit, when the washer goes into the spin cycle it does a fair amount of shaking.

I was really excited to get my new Samsung washer and dryer, but the delivery and installation experience was a huge letdown. The delivery crew scratched up both the washer and dryer pretty badly, which was frustrating to see on brand new appliances. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to hook up the dryer, and the washer installation was done so poorly that it started leaking because they didn’t tighten the connections properly. I expected a smooth, professional experience, but this was the opposite. Now, I’m stuck dealing with damage and leaks that could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to do it right. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

I was planning to get LG Model, but this product satisfied be that I no longer need other models! The design is great and love every part of Dryer!

Stunning design fits very well in my home. Works very well and has a lot of options to choose from. The interface is easy to understand as well.

No problems yet. This vibrates more than I would like considering the vibration reduction technology, but still a little better than our previous washer.

Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. stackable gas dryer is quiet, very quiet to be very honest! Does the job, especially at deal of the day price!

I’ve had Samsung in the past and have been very happy with their products. This has not disappointed. Very efficient.

This dryer was disappointing to me. The automatic drying cycle doesn't dry everything even after setting drying time to maximum (1 hour). I am disappointed with the setting controls too; too complicated. I miss my 15-year-old Whirlpool Duet dryer.
