    love my Samsung washer. Had a problem recently and an agent fixed it . fast , easy and no cost to me. Geek squad agent was very professional and knowledgeable . I would purchase another Samsung if/when this one dumps.

    Arrived dented on the bottom sides and top edge, didn't see it until we took off the styrofoam and it seemed cosmetic. When we got it hooked up it made a rubbing sound when the drum turned. Got Samsung to come out and do a warrenty repair, they said they wouldn't do anything since the dents were causing the rubbing, talked to best buy online and they gave me the run around since it was after the 15 days from order, but also took almost that long to arrive.

    Broke with error 3C (motor issue) after 13 Months!

    Utter crap. The dryer started making noises a week ago, and now it displays the cryptic error code 3C, which indicates that there is a motor issue. Basically a free lunch for the repair guys. This is ONE YEAR plus one month after purchase, so right after the warranty expired in late November. The machine was only lightly used in a three-person household, an operating error can be excluded, so it is fully to be attributed to the poor quality standard of this Samsung product. Again, we are talking ONE YEAR AND ONE MONTH after new purchase and installation by Best Buy. The quality of the machine is the lowest possible. We fell for the design and the brand name. Please do not yourself! I do not even want to imagine the cost I will be facing to repair this piece of junk metal. Stay away as far as you can.

    Excellent! So much better than my old one and would recommend it!!! I was hesitant going to another brand that isn’t Maytag. But this was well worth it. I even realized that my old Maytag wasn’t really washing my clothes properly and drying my clothes

    Piece of Junk; Service & Warranty Useless

    I had this dryer and matching washer installed 6 weeks ago in stacked format. It stopped heating this week. Best Buy won't service and Samsung Service won't service while stacked, so I am expected to hire someone else to come unstack it (which won't fit in the space connected). So, basically we have to hire someone else to service with no benefit of warranty/

    Its indeed a good buy. I love my new washer sad that the dryer is not available when I purchased it. Very easy to use the touch buttons are not complicated very powerful that it washes and clean thoroughly

    great machine. The only downside is washing large items such as comforters or blankets. IT will need a few rounds. I need to find out if I can turn off the sensor for dry for those because it will dry for 10 mins and sense its dry because its hot, but the comforter is not dry.

    I do 2 loads of laundry every week, sometimes an extra load a week. This washer lasted 1 year and 2 months. Its broken now, something is wrong with the spin mechanisms. They just dont make anything that lasts anymore.

    Love the delay option but not a fan of the washer itself. I felt my clothes didn't get wet enough or even washed. Had washer for just a little over a year and now I'm waiting on a new set (different brand) to come in and try. Fingers crossed.

    Looks great and is easy and efficient to use. Fit well (but barely) through our slightly narrow doorways to the basement. Like now compact it is and the little space it takes up. We like the range of dryer settings.

    Really love the dryer and washer. Although I originally had them installed as a stacked unit. I now find that I want them not stacked due to the height and some water I found on the floor and possible unstability of flooring in my apartment

    Broke after 2 weeks, best buy doesn't seem to care, sears has terrible customer service and also doesn't care, we have not been able to dry our clothes for a month now. I will never buy another appliance from best buy ever again. These companies should be ashamed of themselves.
