We have had repair men out and they say they have the same issue on the model for multiple owners. We have made sure it is level too. I would not recommend this washer as is. Gets to 10 mins and stays there, rinsing and rinsing. Just adding more water and not draining or spinning. My dryer from Samsung, arrived DOA. What useless crap. And terrible customer support.

Right at one year, though, it broke beyond repair. We thought that a brand new appliance would work longer than a year, so we didn't have any extended coverage.
